We have struck gold with this place!!! Moving to a new area is tricky when it comes to finding reliable and trustworthy auto service! We chose this place because of an ad in a magazine, portraying it as a family-owned/centered auto shop and it was the best decision! Not only do they have a shuttle service so you're not stranded all day or left begging friends for a ride home, but they have a very nice waiting room that is closed off from the entrance so if it's cold outside, you don't feel the draft every time someone walks in. There is another little play area for children and everything is kept very clean! There are complimentary snacks and drinks, which can be a life-saver with little ones. Each person we've talked to has been very detailed in explaining what's wrong with our vehicle and makes sure we understand and are getting the best service possible. Not enough positive things can be said about this place! They know what they're doing in terms of vehicle care AND customer care and I love them for it.

I had purchased a used car and took it to Master Mechanic to have them perform a "Blue Star Certified Used Car Inspection" as a means of understanding if there were any major problems with the vehicle that needed immediate attention. Upon discovery of 2 issues, they waived the fee for the inspection and allowed me to use that money towards the repair! In addition, I had to wait one additional day due to a needed part not arriving to their shop on time. Once again, they applied an additional $50 discount to my repair bill for the inconvenience of having to wait. Not only were they looking to save me money, but they performed outstanding work on my vehicle. On a side note, this repair shop is very customer friendly, offering free snacks and beverages, in addition to having a comfortable and clean waiting room that even has a fun little play area for children. I will definitely be going back for any future maintenance or repair issues!

Chris at Master Mechanic will take great care of your car. Also, there is a very comfortable waiting room to hang out in while they get the work done, it even has a small play room and toys to keep little ones entertained.

I have been using Master Mechanic as my sole shop for over 10 years. Never have I had an unsatisfactory experience. I have had multiple trips for the same issue once, but they took care of me by only charging for parts and saving me the labor. That is just one fix of many that have always resolved my issues at prices that are fair. My whole family trusts their expertise for all our cars/trucks.

So 2 1/2 weeks ago I was having trany issues in my Ford Ranger, I went to Grease Monkey and asked them to change the oil and the filter because it was low and smelled burnt. After I told them how it was hard shifting they said that they would not touch it because if it did have issues inside the oil flush could make it worse, Any way they gave me a bunch of names and I picked Master Mechanics - never been there before - told them what was going on and asked them to change the oil and filter and check to see if there are bad things in the bottom of the drain pan and let me know. They called just a few hours later said it was all good no issues with the trans so I went and picked it up - shifts great just like it used to 140,000 miles ago, very happy with them and how fast they did the work and the 3 year 36000 mile coverage they say its good for is great, hope I dont need it.
