1/27/16 my family has been doing business with master mechanic for years, they are always straight forward as far as what its going to cost to get any given task taken care of. We have found they are very competitively priced vs. other professional shops in the valley. Especially when you consider that you get a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty, which most other competing shop do not offer. That gives you a much greater piece of mind about your repair.

At first they couldn't figure out what was wrong and then they gave my car back to me when it wasn't fixed. I went back and told them and they completely took care of me. They gave me money back for a part and the labor my car didn't end up needing. I would definitely recommend coming here. My car left running so amazing.

I took my truck to 2 places last weekend before Master Mechanic. I wanted to see if they all could find the same things and if so, how different the quotes would be. Grants found some of the issues but price was high. Discount Tire didn't find anything and didn't seem to care after I called them out. Masters found everything and even made other suggestions. Pricing was great. They do a very thorough check and explain it well. Also, easy to setup appointments online and their invoice has fantastic notes and an inspection report checklist. Would highly recommend. In the valley I've been to Big O, Jiffy, Schwab, Discount, Grants, Jacks, Carsmart and these guys officially have won my future business.

The staff are really excellent to deal with; very friendly and knowledgeable. Never feel pressured to purchase anything.
