I'm not big into going to the shops I prefer to have family work on my vehicle. This time in particular I was in a bind and needed to get my inspection done that day. It was really easy to set up an app. I was treated great and they were fast. I like that they have courtesy refreshments and a cozy, clean waiting room and restroom. I think I will lighten the load for my family and have them do the work! Thank you Master Mechanic I will send everyone your way!

My roommate and I always take our cars to Master Mechanic. They make taking your car to the shop super convenient. A couple months ago when my roommate was having problems with her car we simply took it to the shop and filled out a form and placed the keys in the night drop box. The next day they called and told her what needed to be done. With my experience I dropped my car off and they supplied me with a ride to and school, and picked me up when my car was done. Last week I was planning a trip to California and wanted to make sure my car was up to par. They were able to fit me right in, and check over everything before my trip. It was nice driving and having the reinsurance that everything was functioning properly. The office up front was fully stocked with soda, goodies, treats and plenty of magazines to read for when I was there. Their customer service was excellent; they made me feel like family. Whenever, I have any questions or concerns I’ll be sure to contact Master Mechanic in the future.

Master Mechanic is the only place I will go in Cache Valley simply because they are trustworthy and know what they are doing. They have gone out of their way several times to make sure I am taken care of and have had a good experience. You won't find a higher quality mechanic shop staff than here!

I came into your shop a few weeks ago because I needed a quick diagnostics on my car, but had no money. You did a thorough inspection that day and gave me a ride to work. You were very fast and free. Because of this I stopped in again when I got a flat. Once again you were FAST, INEXPENSIVE, NICE, HAPPY, THOROUGH and HIGH QUALITY. On top of that I was emailed a great coupon for a free AC system check the next day. A++ Company and employees.

I started using Master Mechanic a few years ago after being very unhappy with my mechanic who had misdiagnosed my car. When I went to Master Mechanic they were able to diagnose and fix my problem the first time. They also had a great warranty on their work. Since that first visit I don't trust anyone else with my cars-they do my repairs, maintenance, oil services, and tires. The shop is the cleanest auto repair facility I have ever been to and they have a great waiting room! They offer so many great services like giving me a ride to work and drinks/snacks if I wait. They have even offered me a loaner car when I had an emergency and had to drive to Salt Lake that day. My experience with the staff has also been outstanding. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they take the time to make sure I understand what my car needs and why; they have even taken me into the shop to show me how my tires were wobbly because of a bad part. Their pricing has been competitive when I have checked around, plus they have a great warranty. I've only had to use their warranty once, but they got my car in quickly and took care of the problem-no hassles at all. I will continue to use Master Mechanic for all of my cars!
