Last week when I was having trouble with my Jeep I didn't know where to go. There was a lot that needed done and I wanted to go somewhere that I could trust. When I began asking my friends and family they suggested Master Mechanic, and I was impressed with there spectacular service. They provided quality service with a home town feeling. I called and they were quick to find a time that suited my needs. When I first walked in the door they were quick to say hello and made me feel welcome. As I dropped my Jeep off to be diagnosed they were prompt and did it in the amount of time they told me. While I waited there was a nice clean room with a television and an assortment of magazines to look through. The technician who diagnosed my Jeep came out and explained everything that needed to be done. Most of it I already was aware of because the tires were really worn, and the brakes were squeaking. He was able to identify other situations that may become problematic. I was also impressed that the owner was out in the shop and discussing varies situations with his employees. They were able to fit in time to order the parts and fix my Jeep. It was great that they offered me a ride to work so I didn't have to miss a whole day to repair my vehicle, or find someone to come pick me up. When they were finished they called me and came and picked me up. It has been three weeks and my Jeep is good as new. I am so excited that I have found a place like Master Mechanic that I can get quality service but they make it so convenient and friendly! I'll be sure to let everyone know how great of an experience I've had at Master Mechanic.

I have taken multiple vehicles to Master Mechanic and they have always been professional and courteous. I have been very happy with the quality of work I have received and the openness of the employees to describe the diagnostics and answer questions. The best thing is the last time I went in I found that they have a fantastic deal for oil changes and tire rotations and for 4 changes and 2 rotations I paid exactly what I was paying for one oil change alone at Jiffy Lube. I feel that they have very competitive pricing and knowledgeable mechanics and would highly recommend them to others.

I'm not big into going to the shops I prefer to have family work on my vehicle. This time in particular I was in a bind and needed to get my inspection done that day. It was really easy to set up an app. I was treated great and they were fast. I like that they have courtesy refreshments and a cozy, clean waiting room and restroom. I think I will lighten the load for my family and have them do the work! Thank you Master Mechanic I will send everyone your way!

My roommate and I always take our cars to Master Mechanic. They make taking your car to the shop super convenient. A couple months ago when my roommate was having problems with her car we simply took it to the shop and filled out a form and placed the keys in the night drop box. The next day they called and told her what needed to be done. With my experience I dropped my car off and they supplied me with a ride to and school, and picked me up when my car was done. Last week I was planning a trip to California and wanted to make sure my car was up to par. They were able to fit me right in, and check over everything before my trip. It was nice driving and having the reinsurance that everything was functioning properly. The office up front was fully stocked with soda, goodies, treats and plenty of magazines to read for when I was there. Their customer service was excellent; they made me feel like family. Whenever, I have any questions or concerns I’ll be sure to contact Master Mechanic in the future.

Master Mechanic is the only place I will go in Cache Valley simply because they are trustworthy and know what they are doing. They have gone out of their way several times to make sure I am taken care of and have had a good experience. You won't find a higher quality mechanic shop staff than here!
