Hands down the best mechanic I’ve used. I recommend these guys all the time and haven’t had one person say they had a bad experience.

I've gone to these guys a couple of times for problems on two of my cars. Each time I felt like they gave me a fair shake, fixed the problem fairly quickly, let me know of other things that need fixing without any pressure to get it fixed there and then, and worked around my weird night shift sleeping schedule. These are the mechanics in Logan I trust and will go to from now on.

I was so happy with the service and quality of this place. I'm always skeptical about mechanics and I know I've been ripped off before in the past just because I don't know a lot about cars. I felt that they were genuine and honest and gave me options to get my car where it needed to be. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

I’ve brought two jeeps in here and service has been great. Chase took care of me at the desk while his guys took what I thought was gonna be a $500+ fix and turned it into just the diagnostic charge. They fixed another place’s mistake! Not pushy on other services that needed to be done and really were great. Will never go to another mechanic again!

I've been a customer of Master Mechanic for four years. Kevin, Tyson, and Chase have always been very friendly and treat me like family. They also explain repairs very well and prepare me for car issues that might show up in the future.

We have struck gold with this place!!! Moving to a new area is tricky when it comes to finding reliable and trustworthy auto service! We chose this place because of an ad in a magazine, portraying it as a family-owned/centered auto shop and it was the best decision! Not only do they have a shuttle service so you're not stranded all day or left begging friends for a ride home, but they have a very nice waiting room that is closed off from the entrance so if it's cold outside, you don't feel the draft every time someone walks in. There is another little play area for children and everything is kept very clean! There are complimentary snacks and drinks, which can be a life-saver with little ones. Each person we've talked to has been very detailed in explaining what's wrong with our vehicle and makes sure we understand and are getting the best service possible. Not enough positive things can be said about this place! They know what they're doing in terms of vehicle care AND customer care and I love them for it.

I had purchased a used car and took it to Master Mechanic to have them perform a "Blue Star Certified Used Car Inspection" as a means of understanding if there were any major problems with the vehicle that needed immediate attention. Upon discovery of 2 issues, they waived the fee for the inspection and allowed me to use that money towards the repair! In addition, I had to wait one additional day due to a needed part not arriving to their shop on time. Once again, they applied an additional $50 discount to my repair bill for the inconvenience of having to wait. Not only were they looking to save me money, but they performed outstanding work on my vehicle. On a side note, this repair shop is very customer friendly, offering free snacks and beverages, in addition to having a comfortable and clean waiting room that even has a fun little play area for children. I will definitely be going back for any future maintenance or repair issues!
