I cannot recommend Master Mechanic too highly. Louis was very business like, addressed our concerns and needs, addressed our safety and the condition of the car not only the specifics we requested but later items that were identified during inspection.

Took my Toyota Tundra TrdPro in to have my cv axle done and while they were doing their free estimate they noticed my front break pads were about gone. They included a quote of what it would cost to have that done as well and even took off some labor cost as they would have part of that side worked on already. I thought the price was very reasonable especially for such a messy job. They were able to fit me right in and have all work done in a matter of hours. They even were able to give me a ride to and from my house will work was getting done. I would highly recommend. Staff is top notch.

Best shop in the valley in my opinion. I took our Subaru, with a failing engine here. Chase, who I chatted with quite frequently, was extremely honest in what he recommended for me, even if it didn't include his shop getting paid to replace my engine. Honesty is huge in this business. I would even pay double the cost of what they charge, just because of how straight forward they are with you. We didn't end up fixing our engine, because the cost outweighed the life of the car, but without Chase and the entire Master Mechanic staff, I wouldn't have known that. Also, just a tidbit, the cost they gave me to replace the engine, was the best bid by far, they were the fourth shop I had came to. So keep in mind that they do have competitive pricing as well. Would highly recommend! Thank you Chase & the Master Mechanic team, next time I have issues with my car, you'll see me.

I have lived near this master mechanic for three years and Kevin has taken great care of me from day one. They've done excellent analysis of issues on my car even with the complications of it being a Prius, which means you have to hook it up to a computer to figure out the problems. The staff has continuously gone above and beyond to offer rides and whatever help is needed. Their loyalty is well deserved!

The staff at Master Mechanic is amazing! The energy in the building makes you feel at home. They are very helpful with any questions that you have and they always make sure that when you leave you are happy with the services that they provide. They also have treats and i love that their waiting room is off to the side and private it doesn't even feel like your in mechanic shop. Plus a bonus is that if you need to get back to work they will drive you there. If you're are looking for a place to go that does a great job i would highly recommend these guys. You can really tell that they all put their hearts into their work!

The crew at Master Mechanic is the best in the valley. Hands down I will not go to anyone else. They have fixed many of our vehicles and have done the most amazing job. They are super fast and very efficient on what they done. Everyone up front is straight up about price, time and are professional.
