I have been using Master Mechanic as my sole shop for over 10 years. Never have I had an unsatisfactory experience. So 2 1/2 weeks ago I was having trany issues in my Ford Ranger, I went to Grease Monkey and asked them to change the oil and the filter because it was low and smelled burnt. After I told them how it was hard shifting they said that they would not touch it because if it did have issues inside the oil flush could make it worse, Any way they gave me a bunch of names and I picked Master Mechanics - never been there before - told them what was going on and asked them to change the oil and filter and check to see if there are bad things in the bottom of the drain pan and let me know. They called just a few hours later said it was all good no issues with the trans so I went and picked it up - shifts great just like it used to 140,000 miles ago, very happy with them and how fast they did the work and the 3 year 36000 mile coverage they say its good for is great, hope I dont need it.

I went to a different place before, where they told me I had to pay a relatively high price to get the repair on my car done. I refused to leave my car there because I didn't trust them. I took my car, where I've been taking it for years! MASTER MECHANICS is the BEST!!! Not only did they take me in after hours, but the manager/owner came out to help me. He performed the services on my car and it has been running AWESOME again. I think MASTERS MECHANICS is the VERY BEST place I have ever had my car repairs and maintenance done. I called them at 8 in the morning asking if they could fix my car, and it was fixed the same day, for a great price. They were nothing but professional. I really appreciated that they'll give you a ride back to your house. Would 100% recommend and go back again.

I like everyone at Master Mechanic, They work really hard for you. The front staff are always very accommodating to my schedule, and they always try and get me a good deal on the work that I need done. They are honest and helpful. The mechanics keep everything clean, they really know there stuff. My last oil change was very fast and they used the synthetic oil that I wanted in my car. While I was waiting for my oil change I was able to relax in there very nice comfortable waiting area, they gave me a soda and chips while I was able to catch up on the Deadliest Catch on the TV. I go there cause they are the best, they don't cut corners and they keep me and my family safe on the road. Thanks Master Mechanic you guys are all great!

I've been to Master Mechanic several times now and have had an excellent experience each time. Chase is awesome to work with, is very knowledgeable and very thorough. After trying a number of different shops in town, Master Mechanic is a breath of fresh air. I would recommend Master Mechanic to anyone!
