Service is always very thorough, accurately diagnosed and completed on time. There is never a hard sell on 'other services', and with the courtesy driver taking me to and from work, the customer experience is perfect for me. I'll use this shop as my primary go-to for maintaining the Toyota FJ for the long hall.

Kevin & Chase were super helpful to get my SUV in & respond quickly. The diagnostic report was crazy impressive w/a text & link to vehicle report that shows photo/video documenting your vehicle, recommendations & degrees indicating urgency, info about the purpose for the suggested action. They give you enough time to get the info, take a look at the report & figure out what you want to do before they call to talk through the options. I LOVED IT! I didn’t have to nod (acting like I understand everything they are saying) as I am trying to read into the convo to see if it really needs to be done or if they are trying to upsell me on some service. And it serves really well to prioritize which services to have done and what I should be plan on in the near future. 100% recommend Master Mechanic!

The people were very friendly, thorough, and explained their work at a layman's level well. I really appreciated their "courtesy check" that gave me an idea of what to keep an eye on with my vehicle aside from the problem I brought it in for. I'll definitely be going back next time I need a mechanic.
