We were just leaving on a trip to southern Utah when the throttle body went out. We were only about half way to Sardine canyon . With the family and trailer all loaded it was a bad time for the truck to break down. The truck was able to limp to Master Mechanic where I explained the situation to Chas the service writer. Chas was very quick to diagnose the problem and find the right part. Then he squeezed us into the schedule for the first mechanic available. The total time at Master Mechanic was about two hours. How amazing is that! This was extraordinary service. Thank you very much especially to Chase for rescuing our weekend.

First time I have used Master Mechanic. Gave them quite a job of trying to find an A/C leak in my 2012 Buick. Master Mechanic was tenacious in finding the problem. Only the cost of pulling the dashboard out stop the process. I appreciated their willingness to find the actual problem, backed up by their findings as they stepped through the troubleshooting. Excellent communication and job was completed in far less time than I expected. I know that in the end, they spent more hours working on my car than what I paid for in their service. I will definitely us Master Mechanic for future service.
