Always on time with great service

The people were very friendly, thorough, and explained their work at a layman's level well. I really appreciated their "courtesy check" that gave me an idea of what to keep an eye on with my vehicle aside from the problem I brought it in for. I'll definitely be going back next time I need a mechanic.

This is the second time I have used Master Mechanic.. Again, without hesitation, Master Mechanic is an honest, fast and knowledgeable shop. I knew what needed to be done to my car, even bought the part, dropped off around 4:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. the next day the car was done. Price was as we discussed. I really appreciate the knowledge and experiance they have with my model of car.. I will not hesitate to you Master Mechanic again and if anyone is looking for a friendly, reliable and quality shop, stop by Master Mechanic.

The people at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. I came in without an appointment wanting an oil change. They were realistic about the time frame to accomplish it, but amazingly were able to fit me in between other scheduled appointments that same morning. The service was done within 3 hours of me dropping the vehicle off. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I needed to get my daughters car repaired while she was up over the 4th of July weekend. Master Mechanic was able to get the car repaired within hours of dropping it off. They were fair on pricing, and got the problem solved. Very pleased!

I've been bringing by 2006 Odyssey to these guys for years. Consistently, Chase and Kevin are amazing. They take the time to determine the problems and fix them correctly. I also appreciate the way they handle customer service. Additionally, the drop-off/pick-up service is so prompt. I've never had to wait around for them to come and get me. I appreciate this kind of service with my busy schedule. I have no plans to change my car service!
