Thanks for your help recently. I drove around town all day after picking up my car. It drove beautifully. You guys do great work.

I took my car into Master Mechanic because my car all the sudden just started dying. I had no idea what was going on. They are literally just down the road from my house. I stopped in and they were already very busy, but they said they could look at later in the day or the next day. I didn't have an appointment, and to be honest I didn't know I could schedule an appointment until I looked at their website. Waiting for them to fit me in was totally fine. Tanner was helpful and professional while he listened to a non-automotive person try and explain what was going on. The next morning, Tanner called me and said that it was the alternator, and they could get it fixed by the afternoon. They explained everything and gave me my estimate and was able to get it repaired and ready just as he said. When I picked it up there were no unexpected fees or changes. Tanner also explained the warranty for the parts and thanked me for my business. I will definitely take my vehicle there again!

The online reservation system works great. The resulting confirmation was quick. From the time of drop off to the call for pick up, updates on the service progress were appreciated to include receiving a diagnosis and estimated cost before the work began. The work was completed in a timely way. There is a lot of confidence in bringing my vehicles to Master Mechanic knowing it will be completed correctly the first time at a fair price.

The staff at Master Mechanic is friendly and awesome! They do excellent work on your vehicles, pricing is very competitive, updates and information on the status of work and repairs is very informative. They are able to service vehicles on short notice. I prefer to have vehicles serviced by them, rather than by the local “brand name” service centers. Will continue to be a customer when the need arises. Thank You
