Been going to master mechanic for a few years now with both my cars and my older children's cars. We don't drive new cars so normal things need attention in addition to regular oil changes. We love the friendly service, honesty, professionalism, and expertise provided by master mechanic. We intend to remain satisfied customers for as long as we live here.

As always, their service was professional, quick as possible, and accomplished with a minimum of fuss. I've never regretted the decision I made some 20 years ago to have my vehicles repaired at Master Mechanic.

Been taking my vehicles to MM since about 2001 when I moved to Cache Valley. I like the up-front estimates. When my wallet has felt a little lean, they've been good enough to prioritize the estimated repair needs so that I could get the thing taken care of over time. The few times I have to return a vehicle because something didn't seem fixed correctly, they been very professional and helped me understand the problem. If they really didn't do a repair correctly they admitted it upfront (after testing) and redid the job - for not cost to me. Even through changes of ownership and professional staff over the years, I still feel like they have my best interest in mind and not their bottom line.
