Top notch customer service from how my first call was answered, to scheduling the appointment, to how quickly they got things done (new rotors and front brakes, changing seasonal tires and rotating them). Super appreciative of the free shuttle to get to work, the driver Justin was pleasant and professional, and just a delight to chat with). I’ve taken every car I’ve had to master mechanic and I’m never worried about getting screwed over. They handle it all and they remember not only me each time but also my parents and my brother and my husband! Seriously will be using their service till I don’t have a car anymore or die!

Master Mechanic has been excellent to work with. Both of our situations were unexpected and put us in a bind. They were accommodating, fast, and great to work with. I felt like they were also honest and upfront. Tanner Davis really went the extra mile for us and made sure we were taken care of. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
