Dear valued customers, friends, and family,

As you all know this COVID-19 virus is rapidly growing in our country and our state. The health and well-being of everyone in the community is our top priority and so I want everyone to know that the Master Mechanic team is taking the containment of this virus very seriously. We also know that customers need transportation to fulfill their obligations and our employees need to provide income for their families and themselves. So at this time, we are taking every precaution available to keep our facilities and the cars we work on clean and sanitized by using steering wheel covers, wearing gloves and wiping high touch areas such as steering wheels, keys, door handles, gear shifters, phones, computers, etc. with sanitizing wipes before and after our technicians and service personnel perform their normal daily work routines so we can to do our part to prevent the spread of the virus. We also will be spraying disinfectant spray on many surfaces and inside the cabin of vehicles before and after the repair process. This may leave a residue on the interior surfaces and glass of your vehicle.

In order to serve our customers and our team members, we will be open and doing business as usual unless advised by a relevant government entity to do otherwise. Any of our staff that exhibits any cold/flu-like symptoms will be asked to stay home. We realize you all depend on your vehicles, especially in a time like this and we are committed to helping you through this process.

We encourage you to use our after-hours drop boxes and want you to know we can communicate over phone, text or email in order to prevent close contact. We can also take payment over the phone and make arrangements for you to pick up your cars without having to come into our building. In some cases, we can also offer pickup and dropoff service.

As with other challenges we have faced as a nation and community, I am confident that this virus will be handled with diligence and soon it will be a part of our past. In the meantime, the Master Mechanic team and I thank you all for your business and want you to know we are here to help you however we can!
